May 14, 2026"REVIEW #2 (4/16/25 - 2 days later) TL;DR: Awesome food! Maybe call ahead DETAILS: Headed over to this food truck 2 days after my first trip - they didn't have everything available on the menu but the stuff they did have was very good. I got a simple taco "con asada" and a pupusa. I've never had a pupusa, but the sauces and slaw they give you with it is great! Taco was authentic and flavorful (again, the sauce they provided was excellent with it). They used cilantro and onion on that one. The pupusa was like cornmeal-flavored flatbread with some other things going on. I got it "con revueltas" (there are other options) where they added cheese, beans, and some pork, I think? Very nice. Oddly addicting if you've never had one before. I'll be headed back for bigger orders, especially if they bring back their quesabirria! ---------------------------- REVIEW #1 (4/14/25 @ 2:20p) TL;DR: No one answered the window DETAILS: I grabbed by dog, brushed up on my Spanish, and walked over to the food truck. The "Open" sign was on but unfortunately, no one answered the window. I called and knocked on the window twice. I waited for about 5min before deciding to leave. I love Mexican food but none for me today :( I was upset in the moment but, I live nearby and so I will try again at a later date - I will update my review when this happens, of course."

Apr 27, 2026"Absolutely amazing food and even better vibes! This food truck is a true hidden gem. Everything is made fresh, full of flavor, and you can really tell how much care goes into every dish. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste high quality, and every bite is delicious. On top of that, the service is super friendly and welcoming — you feel appreciated the moment you order. It’s clear this business is run with passion and heart. I’ve tried multiple items and have never been disappointed. If you’re looking for great food and want to support a local business, this food truck is 100% worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!"
